ARCO/Murray recently completed a 10,500-square-foot laundry facility expansion for Alsco Inc. in Wichita Falls, TX, according to a news release.

The construction took place in a fully operational facility and was carefully phased with dock and workflow transitions to eliminate production interruptions and allow for daily truck deliveries.

The project included construction of a 4,760-square-foot mezzanine, new loading docks and a 50,000-square-foot parking lot with a truck court addition. Other aspects of the work included upgraded LED lighting, improved building ventilation and the expansion of electrical services.

Preconstruction services included architectural design, structural engineering, mechanical and electrical design and permitting.

ARCO/Murray’s Justin Hearld served as project manager and Mike Epperly was superintendent for the work.
