In recent years, linen, uniform and facility services companies have made great strides in reducing workplace illnesses and injuries. TRSA members had 18% fewer incidents from 2012 to 2016, according to the association’s latest Textile Services Industry Safety Report.

However, not everyone is on the same improvement trajectory. See where your company stands by participating in the Industry Safety Survey. You’ll benchmark your safety program against the industry’s progress and help demonstrate to the U.S. Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) that linen, uniform and facility services companies are voluntarily improving their safety performance.

Submitting your data is as simple as using the PDF above, copying the data from the OSHA Form 300A, which your company posts in its facilities from Feb. 1 through April 30. A spreadsheet also is available (see above) to transmit your data electronically, which eases the process for companies with multiple locations. Submission of Form 300A photocopies is acceptable as well.

Information is due by Feb. 28. Your documentation is 100% confidential, submitted directly to Mackay Research Group.

TRSA Members will receive a FREE 2018 Industry Safety Report (reporting 2017 data) and a custom report (benchmarking your company’s safety record against the entire industry) by completing the survey. Non-TRSA members that participate in the survey will receive the Industry Safety Report for just $495.
