TRSA Members Among ’50 Best Cos. to Sell For’

Four TRSA members, including three large laundry operators and one associate member, recently earned slots on a 2016 list of top companies in sales compiled by Selling Power magazine.

The companies on the list, available online, included UniFirst Corp. at No. 10; Cintas Corp. No. 18; Ecolab Inc. No. 35; and Aramark No. 41.

The Selling Power online write up included an “At a Glance” look the Top 10 companies, including UniFirst. After noting that the company has received other recognitions, such as its inclusion among Forbes magazine’s “Best 400 Companies in America,” the summary added that, “UniFirst's sales organization has a glowing record. Their year-round sales contests and President's Club represent some of the best incentives in the industry.”

The companies that appeared on the Selling Power list ranged in size from those with fewer than 100 employees to those with 1,000 or more employees. A team of Selling Power researchers compiled the list based on an extensive survey questionnaire that they distributed to executives in sales, training and human resources, the article said. Questions focused on areas such as growth and retention; hiring, compensation, sales training and enablement; plus company recognition/reputation.
