TRSA Members Make Forbes’ Best Employers for Diversity List

Several TRSA operator and supplier partner members recently were named to Forbes magazine’s “America’s Best Employers for Diversity 2021” list. In collaboration with analytics firm Statista, Forbes identified the top employers for diversity through an independent survey of more than 50,000 employees working for companies employing at least 1,000 people in their U.S. operations, according to a news release.

The following TRSA member companies made the list:

• Aramark
• Cintas Corp.
• Procter & Gamble
• VF Corp.

Respondents who took the Forbes’ survey were posed questions on age, gender equality, ethnicity, disability, LGBTQA+ and general diversity about their own employer. When compiling the list, the diversity of corporations’ boards and executive ranks were considered, as were diversity, equity and inclusion (DEI) initiatives, and recent allegations or unresolved lawsuits related to workplace diversity.
