UniFirst Announces ’16 Croatti Awards

UniFirst Corp., Wilmington, MA, recently announced the winners of its annual Aldo Croatti Awards for excellence in route service, according to a news release.

This year, the company honored 13 route sales representatives (RSRs) out of thousands who operate daily across North America, the release said. The award, named for the company’s founder, is presented to those RSRs who exemplify unparalleled customer service and satisfaction while retaining 100% of their customers for an entire fiscal year. The 13 RSRs currently service a combined total of 1,527 UniFirst Customers per week, the release said.

“These service professionals approach their jobs with customer needs and satisfaction front of mind,” said Ron Croatti, UniFirst president and CEO. “Each workday they are fact to face with our business customers and are directly accountable to them. Our RSRs play an integral role in UniFirst’s brand identity and our continued growth. It’s a privilege and honor to recognize these 13 standouts’ continued efforts and the pride and professionalism each one brings to their job every day.”

As part of the award, each 2016 Aldo Croatti Award winner receives an all-expenses paid trip for two to the Ritz-Carlton in Cancun, Mexico, this November, during which Croatti and other company executives will personally recognize them. Click here for details.
