UniFirst Presents ’15 Aldo Croatti Scholarships

UniFirst Corp., Wilmington, MA, recently announced the 12 recipients of the 2015 Aldo Croatti Scholarship, named for the company’s founder. Scholarships are awarded annually to students enrolled or enrolling in full-time undergraduate studies at an accredited two- or four-year college, or vocational/technical school.

“At UniFirst, we appreciate the value of education and recognize the importance of encouraging the leaders of tomorrow to develop their professional skills and expand their educational foundations through continued academic enrichment,” said Ron Croatti, UniFirst president and CEO.

The company has granted 132 scholarships to date, worth in excess of $264,000. “We also fully appreciate the financial burden that academic pursuits can place on individuals and hope these scholarships can help mitigate that in some way,” Croatti said. “This scholarship is named for my father and it is an honor to share his memory and legacy each year through these awards.”

Applications are open to children of full-time UniFirst or subsidiary employee team partners with at least one year of company employment. For more details and a full list of recipients, click here.
