Unitex Hosts Vaccine Clinic at Lawrence (MA) Location

Unitex recently hosted a mobile vaccination unit at its Lawrence, MA, facility to help employees and their families get access to the COVID-19 vaccine. Forty people were vaccinated during the clinic.

After a brainstorming session between Unitex Lawrence General Manager Jorge Correa, Regional Operations Manager Raymond Neal and CEO Rob Potack on how to get employees access to the vaccine, Eric Mathison, service supervisor at the Lawrence plant, suggested that a mobile vaccination unit visit the facility. The trio adopted Mathison’s suggestion.

After securing a mobile unit to visit the facility, Correa kicked off the clinic by bringing his eldest daughter, Crystalina, to get her vaccine. “Thank you Jorge, Ray and Eric for taking action and helping our staff and their families protect themselves against COVID-19,” Unitex noted in a post on social media.
