Virtual Summits: Meet F&B’s ‘Flexible Felix’ and Hospitality’s ‘Meticulous Maeve’

TRSA will host a pair of three-hour summits, the F&B Virtual Summit & Roundtable on March 15 and the Hospitality Virtual Summit & Roundtable the following day, and will introduce Flexible Felix and Meticulous Maeve, the decision-making personas during each event. The two persona profiles have been developed by Yes&, a marketing agency based in Washington, DC, through consumer and B2B research collected over the past five months as part of TRSA’s Market Recovery and Expansion Research.

Logan Murtha from Yes& will partner with an industry executive to present research findings that will summarize the beliefs and perceptions, as well as demographics and psychographics, that make up the personas of decision makers in the F&B and hospitality industries. Virtual attendees will learn what the most important characteristics that industry decision makers look for in service providers. Other industry-specific research that will be presented includes the consumer’s perception of uniforms, the benefits of cloth and media usage, to name a few.

Each virtual summit has been crafted to focus on the specific markets and, in addition to the aforementioned Yes& research, also will showcase leading industry speakers that will review current trends and changing dynamics in the F&B and hospitality industries. Each summit will conclude with a 50-minute roundtable of key senior F&B or hospitality executives who will lead discussions that focus on F&B and hotel-specific issues.
