Walker Gets Gold Enviro Award

Walker Towel & Uniform Service, Kansas City, MO, recently received an award from the Missouri Water Environment Association (MWEA). Walker was recognized by the MWEA’s industrial wastewater committee with a Gold Award for best practices associated with pretreatment, according to a news release.

Publicly owned treatment works (POTW) pretreatment programs nominate awardees based upon compliance with discharge and reporting requirements in 2015. For more information, visit mwea.org/index.html.
