Webinar: A Guide to Accessing TRSA Resources

TRSA recently held a webinar titled “Navigating TRSA’s New Website and Accessing Resources.” The hour-long presentation took an in-depth look at the association’s new website at www.trsa.org and how association members can use the website as a tool to access the information you need from TRSA.

Ken Koepper, director of membership and industry outreach at TRSA, served as the host of the guided tour of the new site and showcased what TRSA has to offer, including:

  • Advocacy (legislation, regulation, issue briefs, government relations, TRSAPAC)
  • Certification (Hygienically Clean, Clean Green, Certified Professional Laundry Manager)
  • Events (conferences, institutes, summits, webinars)
  • News (Textile Services, Textile Services Weekly, industry news, consumer outreach, media releases)
  • Membership (applications, benefits, committees/task forces, awards)
  • On-Demand Learning Portal (100-plus industry-specific professional development and training webinars, videos and e-learning courses on a range of issues)

Koepper also outlined the new resources section, supporting professional growth in human resources, marketing and safety, and revenue generation in the F&B, healthcare, hospitality and industrial markets.

TRSA has an on-demand learning library that will allow you to “live stream” all of the association’s webinars, including this latest edition.
