World Emblem Relocates Canadian Plant
World Emblem International Inc., Miami, recently announced that the company has relocated its Canadian facility to a new, larger manufacturing plant. The relocation comes as a result of the company’s growth over the past few years, according to a news release.
The new office space is approximately 10,000 square feet, which makes it twice the size of World Emblem’s previous location. This location will produce embroidered patches, sublimated patches and direct embroidery with 46 embroidered heads and two shifts to accommodate the increase in demand from clients.
“Moving to a new and independent building will significantly position World Emblem far better than the competition by giving us the flexibility to reduce customer freight costs and improve turn times by eliminating custom duties,” said Jim Kozel, vice president of operations.
The new World Emblem facility is located at 5466 Timberlea Blvd., Unit No. 2, Mississauga, Ontario, Canada L4W 2T7
