(Note 1)
Include the cost of plastic bags, paper, hangers, personal protective equipment, and other supplies needed to run the laundry.

(Note 2)
The cost of utilities depends upon geographic location and the type of equipment installed in the laundry. This model assumes that 12% of the total cost is dedicated to utilities.

(Note 3)
Include the cost of laundry managers, directors, and other professionals who are involved in the management of the laundry. If there are no mechanics for the laundry, then estimate the hours spent by the engineering department to keep the laundry operational.

(Note 4)
Take the cost of equipment and divide it by 15 years. Consider the depreciation of boilers, air compressors, washers, extractors, dryers, ironers, folders, bins, tables, etc. If fully depreciated, consider using "reserve" amount for new equipment.

(Note 5)
Take the cost of the building and divide it by 50 years.
