TRSA places undergraduates and tech school students with member companies for internships, revealing the linen, uniform and facility services industry as a virtuous employer with full-time employment opportunities upon graduation
TRSA member companies hire interns by taking advantage of TRSA position descriptions and local recruiting. TRSA posts and promotes these descriptions on school job boards that reach students. Companies evaluate and hire highly motivated candidates. To learn about the program, view the 2018 Program Launch (Recorded Webinar).
TRSA member companies in various locations across North America offer internships for college and technical school students. Interns are paid and gain invaluable business experience. Hours are typically during the regular business day but may vary depending on work projects assigned. Positions put interns on track to work in the industry after they graduate in production (plant operations), engineering (maintenance) and marketing/sales. Preparing them for a business management role when they embark on their careers, these internships teach vital skills including work scheduling, quality control, resource allocation, documentation, cost-benefit analysis and more.
