SBA Releases Interim Final Rules for PPP

The U.S. Small Business Administration (SBA) has released Interim Final Rules (“Final Rules”) for the Paycheck Protection Program (PPP) — sections 1102 and 1106 of the CARES Act. The Interim Final Rules are different from the statutory language in several important respects and state that additional guidance on the affiliation rules will be issued promptly.
