Strong business newsletters have clearly defined objectives, identifying their target audiences and offering genuine value and actionable insights relevant to readers. Content can ease their pain points and address their industry challenges and general business needs. Readers are provided with solutions rather than just promotional material. But your company's brand identity, values and unique selling proposition are conveyed, in a tone and voice consistent with the company's overall brand messaging, fostering trust and credibility. Nominations should be 300 words or less.
