Connecting and Supporting Independent Textile Services Operators
The Independent Operator Network (ION) is a TRSA initiative dedicated to supporting small, independently owned linen, uniform and facility services companies through targeted education, peer collaboration and information-sharing.
Developed following extensive industry research, ION is designed to address the unique challenges and opportunities facing single-plant and emerging operators. TRSA’s research found that companies at different stages of growth experience distinct operational, workforce and business development needs. Smaller operators often balance day-to-day responsibilities with long-term growth initiatives, creating challenges that differ from those faced by larger organizations.

Leadership and Advisory Board
TRSA has established an Independent Operator Network Advisory Board comprised of owners, operators and industry executives. The board will help guide the network’s priorities, identify emerging issues and shape educational and networking opportunities for participants.
The advisory board will also serve as a resource for identifying topics of greatest value to independent operators and facilitating the exchange of ideas among companies with similar business models.
