2025 Focus:

1. Industry Awareness Infographics

Develop a library of downloadable infographics that show the value and benefits of using the linen, uniform and facility services industry.

2. Improve networking of marketing, sales, and service members throughout the year

Develop content and secure speakers for two Networking Connections per year—virtual, facilitated roundtables for marketing, sales and service members to advance shared knowledge and networking opinions.

3. Utilizing Marketing & Sales Assets 

Develop tactics to educate members on the industry awareness tools available online and how to use them effectively.

Marketing, Sales & Service Summit

The committee brainstorms program content for this professional development and networking event. It provides real-world solutions for top-line growth thanks to advice from objective-oriented presentations by linen, uniform and facility services industry veterans, technology experts and consultants working in B2B (business-to-business) marketing. The 2025 Summit is scheduled November 18, in Boston. The 2026 Summit will be in San Diego Oct. 13.

Industry-Wide Publicity

The committee pursues publicity opportunities for the industry as a whole, creating campaigns that focus on common ground between laundries specializing in various markets (F&B, healthcare, hospitality, industrial). Campaigns emphasize environmental (Earth Day, Clean Green) and economic benefits of outsourcing.
