The TRSA Annual Legislative Conference offers the opportunity to impact TRSA initiatives and influence the industry’s advocacy agenda. Our diverse membership gathers to raise awareness and educate legislators and regulators about the tax, workplace safety, labor, energy and water and energy concerns affecting the industry. In addition, volunteer leaders from around the world gather to share information regarding best management practices, trends, innovations and issues impacting their market segment.

Hill Meetings
The conference improves your team’s skills as educators and company representatives by training them to confer with federal regulators, lawmakers and their key staff. Meeting with influential policymakers and building relationships with industry colleagues performing this same function generates immediate and long-term benefits for your company.
Earn CPLM Continuing Education (CE) Credits
Individuals who have earned TRSA’s Certified Professional Laundry Manager (CPLM) credential may earn Continuing Education (CE) credits towards recertification with participation in this event. For more information about TRSA’s CPLM credential, visit www.trsa.org/cplm
Cancellation Policy
Written cancellations received by January 24, 2025 will receive a full refund minus a 25% processing fee. Cancellations received after January 24, 2025 will not be refunded and cannot be credited to another TRSA program or event. We will accept substitutions. After this date, TRSA has incurred costs associated with hotel guarantees and other expenses. All cancellations will be addressed and processed within 30 business days after the event

Business casual attire for all sessions. Business attire for the Hill Day meetings.
