Data governance is more than a back office function. It is the foundation for reliable reporting and effective decision making. This session will cover the core elements of data governance: ownership, definitions, quality, and access. We will walk through practical examples of how organizations define and manage data, assign responsibility, and reduce inconsistencies across systems. Whether you are building a governance framework or improving an existing one, you will leave with a clear structure and steps you can use to support smarter, more consistent decisions.
