Sonia Sharda, Partner, Executive Director, KPMG in Canada

Sonia Sharda has gained more than 18 years of experience in advisory roles assisting organizations in aligning talent management strategies with business issues. She has developed expertise in the area of culture evolution, organizational design, governance and leadership development programs.
