Leo is a Managing Director in KPMG’s Corporate Finance practice in Vancouver, British Columbia. He is a private company M&A specialist and provides business owners with strategic advice and assists them in developing and executing upon shareholder maximization strategies including acquisitions, divestitures and capital raisings. He has been involved in over 70 transactions and completed in excess of 80 capital raising mandates resulting in gross proceeds of $2.5 billion. Leo is a Board Director and Treasurer of BC Food & Beverage (formerly the BC Food Processing Association).
