AI notetaking, transcription, or recording tools are not permitted in any TRSA virtual events, including webinars and Connections meetings. This includes any automated tools that join sessions or capture content in real time.
What counts as AI notetaking?
AI notetaking includes any tool or feature that automatically captures, transcribes, summarizes, or records meeting content, including:
- Bots or virtual attendees that join meetings to take notes or create summaries
- AI assistants built into meeting platforms that generate transcripts or recaps
- Third-party apps or browser extensions that record or summarize audio/video in real time
- Tools that upload meeting audio for automated transcription or summary
This policy protects participant privacy and confidential information. TRSA reserves the right to remove unauthorized tools or participants from sessions.
