About the RSR Quick Start Training
TRSA and Performance Matters partnered to develop RSR Quick Start Training, a self-paced 4–8 week onboarding experience designed to equip new Route Service Representatives (RSRs) with the skills, knowledge and best practices to succeed from day one. Built around real-world scenarios and guided by experienced industry experts, this program ensures mastery of core responsibilities before advancing to more complex tasks.
