TRSA is bringing the popular Production Summits closer to our members. Choose the date or location that is best for your company. Each Summit offers a combination of soft skills such as leadership development and emotional intelligence and practical operational issues including fire prevention and preventative maintenance. The sessions were culled from past summit recommendations and job analysis, as well as input from industry leaders.
General sessions, panels and facilitated discussions provide powerful and immediate take home value, updating participants on industry developments and refining their plant management and production skills.
Each summit will have the same insightful speakers covering topics including enhancing emotional intelligence, preventative maintenance, fire safety, leadership and decision making, and process improvement and root cause analysis. Production Managers and GMs from local areas will combine for engaging panel discussions and there will be informative plant tours for each summit.
