The Director of Production provides enterprise-wide leadership for all production operations, setting clear standards and ensuring consistent execution across every location. In this role, you will partner closely with senior leaders to drive operational excellence, implement new technologies, and optimize workflows that improve efficiency, quality, and throughput. This position is ideal for a strategic, hands-on leader who can unify processes and elevate performance across a multi-site industrial environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Research and develop innovative strategies for laundry operations, identifying emerging trends, technologies (AI, automation, RFID, IoT), and market opportunities.
- Lead the adoption of new Technology and Process innovation to drive efficiency, throughput, and quality, across all locations.
- Lead enterprise-wide workflow optimization initiatives across production departments, identifying best practices and driving consistent execution across locations.
- Build and lead a high-performing production leadership bench by hiring, developing, and mentoring plant managers and production managers.
- Partner with internal teams (Operations, Engineering, Quality, Finance, and HR) to ensure facilities consistently meet production targets, service levels, and profitability objectives.
- Monitor and analyze production metrics to identify inefficiencies, risks, and improvement opportunities, implementing data-driven corrective actions.
- Champion a culture of continuous improvement by applying Lean, Six Sigma, and standard work principles to improve safety, quality, productivity, and cost efficiency across operations.
- Provide hands-on leadership and oversight of day to-day production operations within Industrial or Cleanroom laundry environments, as needed.

- 5+ years of management experience in a corporate or large-scale production leadership role
- Proven experience in large-scale industrial laundry or similar a plus
- Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Robotics, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field preferred
- Willingness to travel frequently, including overnight stays
