Requirements
Minimum of three years Previous experience in the linen or a closely related industry.
Duties:
- Lead and manage the maintenance team, providing direction and support in daily operations.
- Develop and implement maintenance strategies to improve equipment reliability and performance.
- Utilize Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS) to track work orders, inventory, and maintenance schedules.
- Oversee high voltage electrical systems, ensuring compliance with safety standards and regulations.
- Interpret and work with schematics to troubleshoot electrical issues effectively.
- Fabricate necessary components or modifications to enhance operational efficiency.
- Conduct regular inspections of facilities and equipment to identify potential issues before they escalate.
- Manage projects related to facility upgrades or new installations from inception through completion.
- Train staff on proper maintenance procedures and safety protocols.
Requirements - Proven experience in a maintenance management role or similar position.
- Strong leadership abilities with experience in supervising teams effectively.
- Proficiency in using tools such as an ohmmeter for electrical testing.
- Solid understanding of high voltage systems and electrical troubleshooting techniques.
- Familiarity with project management principles to oversee maintenance projects efficiently.
- Ability to read and interpret technical schematics accurately.
- Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving with strong organizational skills.
