Pinnacle Textile Industries is seeking experienced, driven, and dynamic Regional Account Managers for the Southeast and West Coast territories. This position is ideal for a results-oriented sales professional with a hunter-farmer mindset — someone who thrives on growing existing accounts while also developing new business.
The Regional Account Manager will be responsible for managing and expanding Pinnacle’s book of business in their assigned region, developing strong customer relationships, and driving revenue growth. This role requires strong presentation and closing skills, high energy, and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a fast-paced, customer-focused environment. Existing book of business and prior customer relationships in the territory is a major plus.

Key Responsibilities

Manage and grow Pinnacle’s existing accounts within the assigned territory
Identify and close new business opportunities — must be both a hunter and a farmer
Deliver impactful product presentations and demonstrate effective closing techniques
Maintain detailed pipelines, track progress, and report regularly using CRM tools
Collaborate closely with the VP of Sales to align on strategy, targets, and execution
Conduct regular in-person and virtual meetings with key clients and prospects
Partner with internal departments (Marketing, Product, and Supply Chain) to support forecasting and customer needs
Represent Pinnacle at trade shows, industry events, and association meetings
Ensure excellent customer experience and uphold the highest ethical standards

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred
Minimum 5–7 years of B2B sales experience; experience in the textile or industrial laundry industry is strongly preferred
Proven track record of sales growth and closing new business
Existing book of business or prior customer relationships in the territory is a major plus
High energy, self-starter with a strong sense of urgency and accountability
Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills
Detail-oriented with a focus on pipeline tracking, forecasting, and follow-through
Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite
Must be willing and able to travel 25%–50% within the assigned territory
