2016 Work Rules—Another Challenging Year For Employers

Regardless of their own personal political affiliations and views, most employers will acknowledge that during the first seven years of the Obama administration their workplaces have been subjected to aggressive and expansive regulation and enforcement by federal agencies. That’s unlikely to change in the administration’s final year.
