How the ‘Exhaustion Gap’ Impacts Women’s Careers

A new study reveals the imbalances between men and women’s daily burdens in the workplace and how they disproportionately impact women’s career success, according to The Drum. “The Exhaustion Gap,” a study by Berlin Cameron, surveyed more than 1,000 respondents throughout the U.S. and the United Kingdom (UK).

According to the study, 66% of women have felt burn out in the past seven days. The burnout rate is hit 71% among women aged 25-34.
