Lee Stotts, owner/operator of Edina Cleaners & Launderers, has applied a simple formula to grow his hotel linen business since he took over the family-owned company in the early 2000s.
 
“Really, it’s nothing more than communication, followthrough and ‘under promise, over deliver,’” says Stotts, who over the past decade has expanded from a small base of hospitality customers to now serving 24 hotels across metropolitan Minneapolis. “That’s really all it is. My clients know that if I tell them I’m going to do something, it’s going to happen.”
