In April 2010, construction began on what now stands as a state-of-the-art laundry built for Alsco Inc. to replace its existing plant in Phoenix. The company had operated at its previous location on West Buckeye Road since 1947, and the time was right for Alsco to enhance its facilities in order to increase its poundage, while upgrading its equipment.
