Alsco—New Light in the Northwest

Coming off its 125th anniversary in 2014, Alsco Inc. has created a template for its future in the U.S. textile services market with a new 79,000 square-foot plant in Kent, WA, near Seattle. 
 
Opened last spring, the plant is designed for sector flexibility—particularly healthcare—along with the company’s traditional focus on food & beverage (F&B) textiles. Equipped with modern, proven technologies, Alsco – Kent also represents a marriage between economy and environmentalism. It boasts significant water and energy savings, coupled with a shift away from cotton in favor of environmentally friendly, durable microfiber textiles.
