Be a Survivor: Attend the JCM
During TRSA Immediate Past Chairman Michael Potack’s farewell address at this year’s Annual Meeting, he concluded his speech with the following statement: “In 10 years, this industry will be populated by two types of companies: excellent companies or nonexistent companies.”
Mr. Potack is exactly right. The survivors in our industry will be the ones that maximize efficiency, customer service, sales growth and profitability.
