TRSA recently held a webinar, titled “Industry Performance Metrics: Using the TRSA Benchmarking Report to Improve Business Performance,” presented by Eric Kurjan and Audrey Carmichael of Six Disciplines Consulting Services. Additionally, a panel of TRSA operator members engaged in a brief exercise demonstrating how to use root-cause analysis to improve lower-performing metrics.
