Attendees at the recent National Restaurant Show learned about the value of third-party verifications of sustainability and cleanliness by linen, uniform and facility services companies that certify their operations through the Clean Green and Hygienically Clean Food Service programs. TRSA highlighted both initiatives during the May 19-22 event in Chicago sponsored by the National Restaurant Association (NRA).

More than 150 individuals saw the exhibit, which screened a new animated video explaining the Clean Green designation. It’s now showing on TRSA’s YouTube page (bit.ly/cleangreenvid).
