If a close family member was hospitalized, wouldn’t you want the sheets that they’re lying on to come from a laundry that had high standards of cleanliness? Of course you would.

But if you think about it, the same goes for end users of all rental or customer-owned textiles that are processed on an outsourced basis, whether it’s table linens, uniforms, towels, etc. Who would want to use or wear goods that were laundered and finished in an unsanitary environment? No one. That’s why cleanliness is—or should be—a priority for all linen, uniform and facility operators.
