When TRSA and UTSA launched Laundry-ESP® in 1999, our focus was not only aimed at warding off potential Categorical Standards, but also at providing participants with a way to lower operating costs by paying closer attention to the use of valuable commodities, such as water, chemicals and energy. 
 
The EPA has recently determined that it isn’t planning to develop Categorical Standards for our industry in the near future.
