TRSA’s staff executives met with Gulf Coast textile service and associate members in April to gauge the industry’s recovery in the area devastated by Hurricane Katrina and its aftermath. What they found was a remarkable resiliency among the survivors, as the challenges of rebuilding have shifted to labor shortages and an economy struggling to come back.
