W hen Mountville Mills Inc., LaGrange, GA, acquired the North American assets of Kleen-Tex Industries Inc., also of LaGran-ge, the gain in staff and customers was just the beginning. 
 
The acquisition—finalized earlier this year—has enabled Mountville to tap into information, technology and processes that had built Kleen-Tex into a leading international producer of commercial floor mats. Today, Mountville continues to manufacture products in all three former Kleen-Tex plants.
