Continuous Improvement—Supplier Partners Give TRSA Record-High NPS Scores

Following our recent report of survey results that showed a record-high 72 Net Promoter Score (NPS) among TRSA operator members, this month we can report that the association’s supplier partners also have set a new NPS record with a score of 69—the highest figure for supplier partners since TRSA began calculating their NPS scores in 2018.
