Continuous Improvement…Meetings Creating A More Inclusive, Value-Added Annual Conference
In 2015, TRSA’s senior management team raised the concept of forming a Task Force to better align the structure and content of the TRSA Annual Conference with evolving member demographics and requirements. The Task Force, led by TRSA Chairman Jim Buik, reviewed previous Annual Conference evaluations and demographics, as well as membership surveys and other data. Ultimately, the Task Force committed to an expanded, more inclusive format, beginning with TRSA’s 106th Annual Conference, Sept. 17–20 in Boston. The new format includes:
