Kenneth K. Coor Jr., 87, an industry veteran who retired from Textilease Corp. after 46 years of service, passed away on March 8 in Goldsboro, NC. He spent 40 of those years in management. UniFirst Corp. acquired the company in 2003. A longtime activist in UTSA, Coor participated on the Plant Operations Committee and its projects. He also founded the North Carolina Association of Textile Services and received its highest award, the John C. Jones Memorial Award.
