John F. Dobrez Jr., 81, Flossmoor, IL, passed away on May 18 with family members at his side. He was the owner and longtime president of Dober, Midlothian, IL, a leading washroom chemical producer. Dobrez founded in the company in 1957.
 
He was a 1946 graduate of Tilden Tech, Chicago, and was a U.S. Army veteran of the Korean War.
 
Survivors include: his wife of 59 years, Joan, nee Sloup; seven children: Kathleen (Thomas) Blakemore, Richard (Debra), John G., a former TRSA Board member (Tammy), Thomas (Edith), Daniel (Amy) ...
