William ‘Bill’ Pulley, 94, passed away on Jan. 18. Pulley’s career began in 1952 at his father Verlin L. Pulley’s dry-cleaning business, Capitol Varsity. Over several years, Bill built the dry-cleaning business into one of the largest chains in the U.S. As the market shifted to ready-to-wear apparel in the 1970s, Bill launched Apparelmaster Inc., a rental workwear franchise business based in Harrison, OH.
