Lester Maslow, 91, retired president and CEO of Best Manufacturing, passed away in New York on June 4. Long active in TRSA and a friend and supporter to many in the industry, Maslow directed Best from the 1950s through 2001, when he sold the company to Scott Korman, the current Chairman and CEO of Best Manufacturing Group, Jersey City, NJ. 
 
Born in Brooklyn, NY, Maslow was the son of Best founder Charlie Maslow, who launched the company in 1914 as Best Coat and Apron. The son is remembered by many for his ...
