‘Crisis Reveals Character’: Lessons from Superstorm Sandy
The images that circulated in print, online and on TV in the days after Superstorm Sandy spun a tale of destruction on the Eastern Seaboard, particularly in the Northeast region, and especially in the hardest hit areas of New York and New Jersey. The impact of the high winds, flooding and catastrophic damage was felt by a number of companies in the textile services industry, both during and after the storm. Several TRSA Operator and Associate Members recently shared their thoughts with Textile Services regarding the state of business in the storm’s aftermath.
