Customer Expectations: Recent Survey Highlights Changing Demands
A recent survey conducted by Salesforce Research highlights how economic shifts have reshaped customer expectations and behaviors. The study tracks the changing ways that customers engage with companies across the purchasing life cycle, as well as customer sentiments around new technologies like artificial intelligence (AI). Salesforce Research surveyed 14,300 consumers and business buyers worldwide for the sixth edition of its State of the Connected Customer report, which found that modern customers have much higher expectations, such as proactive service, personalized interactions and connected experiences across digital channels.
