Rental is not the only option offered by companies in the textile service industry. Some laundries devote themselves entirely to laundering customer-owned textiles, while others have a mix of laundry-only and rental customers. Although most operators think of large healthcare or hospitality customers when they picture the COG marketplace, there are many instances when accommodations are made to a rental customer to process some of that customer’s own textile items.
