This month, TRSA’s Strategic Planning Committee will meet to conduct an environmental scanning process. This review of internal and external information that may impact the linen, uniform and facility services members and their customers, as well as TRSA, includes research on business, industry and employment trends; member needs and attitudes assessment; emerging regulations; and competition. The process helps to develop Vital Few Objectives (VFOs), which are the key measurable goals for TRSA. It’s how we track our results. VFOs also are tied to initiatives that directly impact our Mission.
