Don’t ‘Throw in the Towel’!
Last October, the Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) requested public comment on a revised risk analysis regarding the proposed solvent-contaminated industrial wipe rule. Over the last two years, the agency has spent hundreds of thousands of taxpayer dollars to assemble a risk assessment associated with shop towels.
EPA hired two large, well-respected consulting firms, SAIC and RTI International, to conduct these studies.
